Custom Attributes

Learn how to create a custom attribute in Unidy

Custom attributes empower you to tailor the Unidy ID to your specific needs, creating a more personalized and data-rich user experience. By defining custom fields, you can gather valuable insights into user preferences, enabling targeted engagement and optimized marketing strategies.

With custom attributes, you can collect and store additional user information beyond standard profile data. This allows you to segment audiences more effectively and deliver highly relevant campaigns, newsletters, and offers.

For example, a football club could add a custom field asking fans to select their favorite player. This data can then be used to promote relevant merchandise, such as personalized jerseys, boosting engagement and increasing conversions.

By leveraging custom attributes, you gain deeper user insights and unlock new opportunities to enhance customer interaction and loyalty.
