Learn how to export invitation links from Unidy

Unidy’s export feature is designed to assist you in exporting the invitation links for your users, making it easier to invite them to your instance via external system. To access the exporter, navigate to AdminData ManagementExport Runs. If the Data Management option is not visible in your admin menu, please contact your Unidy CSM to activate the importer for you.

Export Runs view

A search field is located at the top of the page for finding specific exports. Use the exports name as a search parameter. To access an export, click on its name.

Export name
Resource Type
Type of resource affected by your export, normally set to User Invites
Source
Source of the import. If you are importing on your own, it is normally set to admin: your email address.
Created at
Timestamp of the export
Status
State of your import. There are following options: - Succeeded - Running - Cancelled

How to export data?

To start a new export, click the New button located at the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the New Export screen.

Relevant Fields and Description

Name
You can give your export a name here.
Resource Type
You can choose the required data type here. It is set to User Invites by default.
Additional Fields
You can select extra attributes to include in your export, such as email, first name, last name, etc.
Filter Type
Depending on your use case, you can filter your export: - by emails - user id: from start_id to end_id - user creation date: from created_at to created_at.
Emails
If you choose to filter your export by emails, please provide the list of emails.
Start User
If you choose to filter your export by user id, please provide the id of the first user to be included in the export.
Last User ID (optional)
If you choose to filter your export by user id, you can provide the id of the last user to be included in the export.
User Created At From
If you choose to filter your export by user creation date, please provide the starting date for user creation.
User Created At To (optional)
If you choose to filter your export by user creation date, you can provide the ending date for user creation.

After completing all the fields, please press the Start export button at the bottom of the page. Your export will begin automatically. At this time, we can only provide exports in CSV format.

Export run details view

After you begin your export, you'll be taken to the export run view. This screen provides real-time updates on your export progress, which you can check later if necessary.

In the top right corner above the progress bar, there's a status indicator. Below the progress bar, you'll see information about the number of data sets that were exported.
